I want to design fabric. How do I get going? TOP I wrote a detailed post on my blog about this very topic, you can read it here! Can I use scanned images of your fabrics for other projects to sell? TOP
I get get asked this question a lot in reference to using scanned images for creating website graphics, background tiles and printed papers. While very flattering, this is against the copyright policy for the fabrics. My artwork has been licensed to Michael Miller Fabrics to appear on fabric. The fabric is then sold and the purchaser is allowed to create whatever they want from the fabric. But taking the actual artwork and applying it to different surface is not prohibited. Can I sell items I have made from your fabric and patterns? TOP
Yes!I started my business selling my clothing designs on the internet so I am very sensitive to the need for good supplies for a craft/sewing business. I just ask that if you would like to use my name in reference to your item to word it carefully. "I used a Sandi Henderson fabric/pattern for this item." This is perfect! Something along the lines of "Sandi Henderson Bag" can be confusing to some consumers as they may think they are buying an item from me.
As for selling items made from my patterns, here is the *official* copyright statement:

Where can I buy your clothing premade? TOP At this time I am not selling clothing premade. The photos of clothing you see on my website and blog are samples for my sewing patterns and fabrics. We may sell premade items in the future, but it will be a while. :)
What kind of camera do you use? TOP I use a Nikon D50. It has been a perfectly wonderful camera to use while learning photography! Very user friendly. I do all of my photo editing in Photoshop, which also makes a big difference in the outcome of a photo!
